If you know someone just as passionate as you about making a positive and lasting difference to young people, refer them to work with us today and you could earn £500* and entry to a holiday prize draw.
How does it work?
1. Click here to view Headway’s current vacancies on the Polaris Careers portal. Find and click in to the role you think is relevant then copy and paste the link to your friend and encourage them to complete an application. Alternatively, you can share this link: www.headwayadolescent.co.uk/refer and they can browse our available jobs to find the most suitable.
2. Click here to complete the form prior to, or on the same day as, the person you are referring applies for the job. Please note that consent must be obtained from the applicant before sharing any personal contact details.
3. If the person you referred is appointed, we’ll be in touch to arrange payment of the £500 once they have successfully completed their probation period.
Our Holiday Draw
Between June 2024 and December 2024, every time you make a referral which results in a successful appointment* you will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a 3 night stay in a two bedroom lodge at the beautiful Wyndham Trenython Manor Hotel in Cornwall in 2025.
The prize is for 2 adults and up to 3 children with a welcome pack included.
*A successful appointment is one where the referred person has been appointed to a role and commenced employment with Polaris Community by 10th March 2025.
How many people can I refer?
Referrals are not capped. You can refer as many people as you like and receive £500 for each successful appointment. Just make sure to follow the process for each referral you make
