The manager leads the home in collaboration with the staff team. Staff are invested in the home and work hard to improve the care they provide to children.

The home is led by a dedicated manager. Staff reported that the manager is well respected by the team, describing them as ‘approachable, professional and fun’.

Staff work well with children’s families. One parent spoke of the progress their child had made in the short time they have lived in the home. This has meant that the time they are able to spend with their child has been of greater quality, and the staff have been available for support where necessary.

Supervision is provided regularly to staff. Staff further report that the registered manager is available to them throughout the month and they regularly speak and reflect as a staff team.
