Our Approach

Each of our Headway homes is a welcoming, safe and secure environment equipped to care for young people with varying needs. We are dedicated to helping individuals to feel comfortable, cared for and supported throughout their time with us. Our homes guide the young people in our care to make healthy choices, make positive contributions to the world around them and get the most out of life.

About Us

We are experts in providing child-centred residential care for young people, enabling them to achieve their potential in a safe and stable environment. We pride ourselves in having the insight and ability to care for young people as individuals in a holistic manner, regardless of their background, culture, religion or ability.

Referrals

At Headway, we offer both short and long term placements to young people between the ages of 9 to 17. We specialise in preparation for independence, using robust monitoring tools, paired with extensive knowledge of young people to measure the progress towards independence for each child respectively.
